The candidate will join the creditors' rights practice. Will perform tasks related to legal debt collection, writing articles and regulatory bulletins about changes in the law, bench-bar relations, and leadership roles in legal consumer financial services. Should be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Mississippi. Should be self-motivated with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
