Responsibilities: • Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests• Handle customer complaints as necessary• Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information • Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information• Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests’ needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs Qualifications: • High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems• Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills• Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations• 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred• Demonstrates time management, organizational skills, and customer service• Computer efficiency• Preferred experience but not required Compensation: $13 - $14 hourly About Company: Great environment to work in, we are looking forward to adding your leadership to our LQ family!
