Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our team! You will work in multiple settings such as clinics, skilled nursing facilities, home health, and more. Job Responsibilities Evaluate and manage all acute, chronic wounds, surgical wounds, and dermatologic wounds Change dressings Perform medically necessary debridement Establish plan(s)of care and work within protocols established by the medical director Accurately performs physical examinations on adult patients with acute and chronic wounds Assess, diagnose, and manage chronic conditions for the patient population Communicate with the Primary Care Physician (PCP) or office staff regarding any changes in the patient's condition Provides individualized patient teaching and counseling Qualifications: Recent experience as a Wound Care Nurse (not just post-surgical/one-time but ongoing care) Recent experience with Chronic Wound Care Procedures like debridement, packing, etc. Nurse Practitioner License Must be able to pass all background checks Reliable transportation What We Offer: Monday - Friday schedule, no weekends 401(k) Retirement Plan (with employer match) Internal ongoing educational/training opportunities Competitive compensation Continuous coaching & mentorship Mileage reimbursement Tesla company car Business mobile phone When you join our team, you have the opportunity to develop your career based on your strengths and potential, including the possibility to move functionally, geographically, laterally and vertically.
