Responsibilities: • Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping• Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims• Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies• Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies• Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible• Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations• Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintaining existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry responses, insurance eligibility, and questions concerning billing and insurance policies• Grow new business by generating a prospective client base via networking, asking for referrals, and other marketing strategies• Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, continuing education, and monitor insurance portfolios to ensure mutual satisfaction• Attend training and obtain relevant licenses in a timely manner Qualifications: • Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required• Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued• Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred• Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively and independently• Outgoing personality with the ability to develop relationships (i.e., “People Person") and a sincere desire to help others Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 About Company: We are among the strongest and most respected financial companies in America today, ranking #72 on the 2022 Fortune 100 list.
