Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist! Are you passionate about helping others regain independence and improve their quality of life? We're seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide outstanding outpatient rehabilitation services primarily in the comfort of older adults' homes. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized therapy programs to facilitate recovery. Collaborate with patients and caregivers to establish achievable treatment goals. Provide a range of therapeutic techniques including exercise programs, manual therapy, and functional training. Educate patients and caregivers on essential skills for independence and promote overall health and wellness. Maintain flexibility in scheduling and work settings to ensure optimal patient care. Requirements: Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field (Bachelor’s degree with extensive PT experience also considered). International degrees must be evaluated to meet U.S. equivalency standards.
