In this role you will: Understand, build, and manage relationships with publishers. Actively track sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Analyze new publisher inventory options & product offerings. Monitor partner's business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Manage the on-boarding of new clients including; database maintenance, training and documentation. Pull reporting, run analysis of data and provide insights to internal groups and partners based on findings. Work closely with Magnite's programmatic demand side teams to provide the most optimal view of supply to their clients. Become an expert at platform(s) demos, encourage the adoption of new product features and provide feedback internally on client needs to drive future product conversations. Build critical internal partnerships through outreach, customer service and effective work output. Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by management. We're looking for someone with: Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excel, Google Suite, Salesforce, and Analytics Platform/Data Evaluation experience. Some experience in adtech sales / consulting / Agency experience with large digital advertising agencies and experience within the online advertising space. Programmatic selling or buying knowledge. General knowledge and strong understanding of the overall ad technology ecosystem (Ad servers, SSP, DSP, RTB, etc.), ad servers, ad formats, 3P data, and other related products. High level of integrity, excellent presentation, organizational and communication skills. Strong and active listening, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex products, services, and deal structures.
