The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning law.Duties:Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in estate planning matters.Conduct client consultations to assess their estate planning needs and goals.Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.Develop comprehensive estate plans tailored to client's unique circumstances and objectives.Advise clients on estate and gift tax planning strategies.Assist clients with probate and trust administration matters.Conduct legal research on estate planning laws and regulations.Stay updated on changes in estate planning laws and industry practices.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in Arizona.Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing estate planning law.Strong understanding of estate planning principles, strategies, and techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Experience with trust and estate administration is preferred but not required.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active license to practice law in Arizona.Skills:Proficiency in estate planning concepts and techniques.Excellent drafting and writing skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Analytical mindset with attention to detail.Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.Familiarity with relevant software and legal databases.Commitment to upholding ethical standards and client confidentiality.
