Job Description A well-established company in the Construction industry is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Project Manager to join their team. Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. - Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines. - Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors. - Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. - Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions. - Conduct regular site inspections and facilitate project meetings. - Manage changes in project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Prepare and submit progress reports and financial projections. Essential Job Functions: - Utilize industry software and tools to streamline project management tasks. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. - Analyze project data, performance metrics, and key indicators. - Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team member Skills: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field. - 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry. - Strong knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and best practices. - Proficient in project management software and tools. - Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
