Coordinate and schedule appointments for vehicle repairs and maintenance. Prioritize vehicles by urgency of service needed. Monitor time approvals in ticketing system and payroll system. Consult with mechanic technicians to determine the nature of vehicle problems and required repairs. Monitor parts inventory and ensure correct parts are available. Maintain compliance with MDOT inspections. Maintain MSHA/OSHA compliance by performing annual inspections on heavy equipment, including cranes. Monitor cleanliness of shop to ensure safe operations and identify potential hazards. Ensure technicians wear proper PPE and comply with safety procedures. Keep paperwork and records neat and organized. Qualifications: Strong communication skills Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer systems and automotive software. Attention to detail and accuracy.
