Physical Therapist About the position Success for the full-time Physical Therapist position looks like providing physical therapy services to our Wayne County community's preschool age children in a caring, patient, and supportive manner . You will provide these services at Roosevelt Childrens Center, at the child's home, and/or at another community agency. You will complete all the documentation needed to ensure we can continue to provide our valuable services to the community, this includes planning and writing of Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP)/ Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals and objectives, progress reports, and updates to these plans as necessary. You will also establish a close working relationship with the children's parents, and you will provide support and encouragement, as well as educating them to know how to best support their child(ren)'s physical therapy needs. Work location - Roosevelt Childrens Center , 848 Peirson Avenue, Newark, NY 14513 Work schedule - Monday through Friday (7:45am to 3:45pm) Who will love this job?
