A company is looking for a LIS/LTS Supervisor. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations to ensure cost-effective, safe, timely, and compliant services Manage department budget, equipment maintenance procedures, and contractor specifications Track and report performance metrics related to quality, safety, cost, and customer satisfaction Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in science or equivalent lab experience Service knowledge of analytical instruments such as GC, HPLC, GC/MS & LC/MS Prior supervisory experience preferred Physical ability to meet job requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and advanced math skills
